Summary:

Provides a full range of Human Resources administrative support services to employees. This is an HR generalist position which  administers employee health, welfare and retirement plans  along with all  benefit programs that include: 401 (k) Retirement Plan, Medical/Dental, Workers’ Compensation, FMLA,  Flexible Spending, HSA, Life Insurance,  compensation etc. Acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers for problem solving relating to benefits. Promotes effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations.  Responsible for some or all of the following functional areas for their assigned area: New employee orientation, employee relations, training, payroll processing (new hires, changes, terminations), salary analysis, assisting and consulting with managers with all employee relation issues. Ensures accuracy of all HR information for audits.

Education and/or Experience:  High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred.  Minimum of two years experience in Human Resources or related  field required. Will consider all related experience in addition to education.  Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of HR. Prior experience with an HRIS database required.
