Job Description:


This position is responsible for the clinical services and programming within at least one county that Daymark Recovery Services has a location.  This position reports directly to the ACOD.  This position is responsible for all local clinical operations and compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.  Offers on-going mentoring, coaching, and training to clinical staff.  Assure adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand.  This position is the community liaison between Daymark Recovery Services and the community at large and is often the spokesperson for Daymark Recovery Services to the community.

  • Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site administrative supervision to all Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services staff

Education and Experience:

Minimum of a master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other license eligible field strongly preferred.  Work history of three plus years of clinical practice preferred.  Must have administrative supervisory  history of no less than two years.  Will consider other non-licensed degrees with commensurate work experience and skill set.

Certificate, Licenses, Registration:

Preferred Licensed or Certified  om Are of Practice as relevant to candidate.  Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Psychological Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Practicing Psychologist.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, effective treatment notes and related documents.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and/or the public.

Mathematical Skills:


Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, mean, mode, and median ability to interpret bar graphs
