The gold standards for avoiding a negative health outcome due to COVID-19 is to be vaccinated, wear a mask in public places, test when necessary, social distance when possible and focus on a healthy lifestyle. Attention to your mental health is key to having good health. Aside from regular exercise and nutritious diet, your behavioral health is key in building your immune system.  Daymark remains here to help in our fight against this virus.  Our emergency walk-in and facility-based crisis services will remain open for person experiencing an emergency from a behavioral health or substance abuse illness.  Routine appointments for outpatient therapy and visits with our psychiatrists are available via tele-health or in-person.
