In 2016, 11 Harnett County residents died from overdoses of opioids or heroin. The number soared in 2017 to 20 deaths.

With the recent opioid crisis sweeping the nation, and more specifically, Davidson County, local medical professionals are hoping to give concerned residents more information about what’s driving substance abuse.
A day mark symbolizes the often bright and, more importantly recognizable markings painted on lighthouses up and down the Atlantic and Pacific seaboards. As history states, sailors relied on these welcoming day marks during the daylight hours as a necessary tool to orient themselves to their exact location while traveling for sometimes days, weeks, or even months at a time. Waking in the early morning to the sight of a bright day mark in the distance reassured many they were often on the right track on their voyage.
We currently operate out of 33 facilities serving numerous counties across the state of North Carolina.
